Golden Sun Script ~ £250
This was made using the top of a folding India table. So if you look closely you will see hammered/ engraved sand script writing. Whilst I did a lot of work on this, I couldn’t help but wonder just how much time a crafts man had already taken working on this bit of brass.
It has a loop that is soldered on to the back, thus enabling the plaque to be suspended from a hook.
The black is an oxide and then it has been finished with several coats of wax
